A little about Howard
Howard Sienkiewicz began his career in Springfield, Massachusetts as Production Stage Manager of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra. He was promoted to Technical Director for Springfield Civic Center and Symphony Hall, overseeing all the production components of all events at the 10,000-seat arena and historic 2600-seat theater. After 16 years Howard made the move to the private sector moving on to become the General Manager for Snow Sound, a regional and national touring audio company where he spent 6 years before taking over corporate meeting production for Aetna Corporation. Of his many projects, he produced the company’s yearly shareholders’ meeting.
Throughout all of his career, he maintained his independent company, HCS Productions. HCS has provided audio engineering, production design & production management and freelance corporate production support. Howard was a member of the production team for Bonnaroo Music Festival for many years.
While freelancing, Howard started to work with Ellen Michaels Presents, a global corporate meeting management company based in San Jose, California which lead to a offer to join the company fulltime as their Senior Technical Director. In his role with EMP he traveled the globe working on events for CA Technologies, Oracle, Intuit, and many others.
After 10 years on the road, Howard accepted a position close to home in his original market of western Massachusetts where he continued to work in the corporate meeting industry as the VP and General Manager of the largest corporate meeting production company in western Massachusetts, helping it expand into new markets.
In March of 2020 Howard was returning to Ellen Michaels Presents in an expanded role. When the COVID-19 pandemic occurred Ellen Michaels Presents made the difficult decision to close the company permanently. Howard is returning to Freelance work and will be looking for a position going forward.
